What we process and why
Waitlist email (when you submit the form): we keep
your email to keep you updated about the movement and releases. Legal
basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent. You can opt out at any
moment by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails.
Aggregate visit counts per day: on each page load,
our server increments a counter for the current Europe/Berlin
calendar date (YYYY-MM-DD). We do not set cookies, we do not store
IP addresses, and we do not attempt to identify you. We only see
totals per day and rolling sums. Legal basis:
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in measuring basic
reach in a privacy-preserving way.
No cookies, no tracking, no profiling
This website does not set cookies and does not use third-party
trackers. We do not create profiles or conduct cross-site tracking.
Storage & recipients
We use Firebase (Google) for Hosting, Cloud Functions, and
Firestore. Primary processing location is the EU (Firestore EU and
Functions in europe-west3). Google Ireland Limited acts as our
processor under applicable data processing terms. We do not sell or
share personal data.
Retention
We keep waitlist emails to keep you updated about the movement. You
can opt out at any moment by clicking the unsubscribe link in any
email; we will then delete your address. Aggregate counters are
non-personal and may be retained for statistics.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction,
portability, and objection (Articles 15–21 GDPR). You may complain
to the supervisory authority:
